Steve Yannarell was appointed general manager of the 555-room Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort &Spa.
In his position, Yannarell will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management and operations of the Kohala Coast resort.
Yannarell has more than 25 years of hospitality management experience. He recently relocated to Waikoloa from Honolulu where he was the director of operations at the 1,310-room Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort &Spa.
In 1994, Yannarell began his Marriott career at Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort &Spa, where he was the director of food and beverage, and subsequently was promoted to assistant general manager.
